This summer, Manheim Solutions, Inc. completed several new ACT Job Profiles for Sabra at its plant near Richmond, Virginia. Sabra’s plan manufactures hummus spreads. The ACR WorkKeys Job Profiling studies not only identifies the tasks completed by an employee, but also identifies the skills and level of those skills for an employee to complete the tasks.
For an upcoming series of profiles for an energy company training program, Manheim Solutions, Inc. will be utilizing a new ACT product called “Job Profiling Plus,” which identifies the elements of KSAs (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities), used in more traditional Job Task Analysis for apprenticeship programs and DACUM (Developing A Curriculum) studies.
